SENIOR CARE – Medical and Culinary

Ebenezer owns and manages over 40 different senior care/living communities in Minnesota.  Our three nearest locations for your Lakeville students would be in Lakeville, Burnsville, and Savage.  The Fountains at Hosanna and Ebenezer Ridges Care Center Campus has multiple job opportunities for students who interested in medical/senior care industry and have work schedules very conducive for high school students including: 

• Server/culinary assistant
• Hospitality Aide –  work in a LTC/TCU setting and support a nursing assistant and nurse with some basic duties. Great position for HS student and we offer some weekend only opportunities
• Resident Assistant-  if under 18 must be on MN NA registry, otherwise we will consider others with any work experience, good communication skills, caring and able to work e/o weekend.  Some RA positions are even offering a retention bonus up to $750.
• Activities assistant – for those that might bring some initial work experience in a customer service setting, help support seniors with activities , outings and other duties

For any students looking to go into a medical based career our roles can really boost their applications for college acceptances and future job opportunities once done with college. For those looking for long term fit and growth, we offer tuition reimbursement or education scholarships (depending on which locations they are hired for). Tuition reimbursement eligibility is after one year of employment and working in a hired block schedule of 40 hours or more in two weeks.
