Parents:  Annual Household Check-in for the 2022-23 School Year

Each year, Lakeville Area Schools asks families to complete an online annual household check-in in order to review, confirm and update their household and student information for back-to-school. This check-in will open for the 2022-23 school year on May 23, and close on Sept. 2, 2022.

Families will be asked to verify contact information, communication preferences, and student health information. Families will also be asked to review and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy for student devices, and the iPad loan agreement.

Please verify your child(ren)’s information through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Below are the steps to complete the Annual Household Check-In process:

Step 1: Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account - Please review the information below if you have questions about how to sign in to the Parent Portal.

Step 2: Select “More” from the menu along the left side of the screen

Step 3: Select “Registration and Check-In”

Step 4:  Select “Next School Year (2022-2023) Annual Household Check-in“ and follow the instructions.
