How do I get an account?

Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts are set up for parents/guardians when you enroll in any school in the district. 

• If you recently enrolled, look for an automated email from messenger@isd194.org, sent within a few days of when you enrolled your student(s). Follow the Parent Portal access instructions in the email. 
  
  

I’m not sure if I have an account 

• You can send a picture, scan or fax your photo ID to SISsupport@isd194.org or your school's office manager and instructions on accessing your account will be emailed back to you.
  
  

I forgot my username or password

Usernames and passwords can be set or changed using the Forgot Username or Forgot Password option at the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page, without needing to contact support.  If you are still having difficulty logging in, please request assistance by emailing SISsupport@isd194.org.

 

Access Campus Parent using the following link:
https://isd194.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/lakeville.jsp

Enter your username and password into the boxes. If you do not remember your username and/or password, you can try the “Forgot Password?” link below the log in boxes or contact sissupport@isd194.org or call 952-232-2092 for assistance. 

To switch among students in your family, use the drop down menu in the top right.

The “Today” section on the left displays basic information about the child you selected such as “Student Number” and enrolled school.

Log into the Portal

1. Click on More

2. Click on Assessments

3. The displays should change to display Test Scores

Note: Make sure you have the correct student selected in the upper right corner

How to pay assigned fees:

• Log into the Portal                
• Click on Fees
• Click the My Cart button
• Click the Add Payment Method button
• Enter the applicable Payment Method information
• Click the Save button
• Enter an Email Address for Receipt
• Click Submit Payment

Families with more than one student:

Select the correct student in the student drop down list displayed in the top right-hand corner.

To Print a Receipt of Payment:

• Click on Fees
• Click on Type drop down list to select Paid
• Click the Print button (a new tab or window should open up with a "Fee Billing Statment" unless blocked by a "Pop-Up Blocker) (see pop-up settings on kb.infinitecampus.com/help/recommend-browser-settings)
• Download or print the Fee Billing Statement
