December’s Students of the Month are Mithun Giri, Chengxu Lin and Ava Taylor.
At its Nov. 26 meeting, the board of education reviewed enrollment projections and budget updates for the next five years, and approved contracts for non-licensed educators and LEAF union employees, which include wage increases, additional benefits, and holidays.

Lakeville Area Schools is excited to announce this year’s Education Minnesota Lakeville (EML) Educators of Excellence–Allison Thoen and Jon Gilmer.
The board appointed Brett Nicholson to the vacant seat, pending a 30-day waiting period before he takes office.
