Pick-Up and Drop-Off Map
KTMS uses a single entrance and single exit system for our parking lot. We use this system to keep our students and staff safe during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. All vehicles must enter at the north entrance (the intersection of 192nd Street and Kenwood Trail). School vehicles are the only exception to this requirement. All vehicles must exit at the south exit. The south exit is used as the exit and entrance for all school buses and school vans. Drivers should be prepared to wait for the buses and vans to pass by.
- See maps of the parking lot traffic plan here.
Our bus service is provided by Schmitty & Sons, for more information on their services, or to contact the bus garage, please call 952-985-7513 or visit their Schmitty & Sons Website.
When visiting Kenwood Trail Middle School, please use our Visitor Security System. This system allows students, families, staff, and community members to visit our schools and help ensure a safe and secure environment for all. If you plan to visit during the school day, please bring your state-issued ID, such as your driver’s license to swipe upon entrance.
There are four steps:
- Push the red button.
- Swipe your State-issued ID.
- Proceed to the School Office and pick-up your printed badge and display during your visit.
- Swipe your ID on your way out to check out of the building.
We truly value the parents, volunteers and community members who spend time in our buildings to help support our students.
For additional information, please visit the Visitor Information web page. If you are planning to have lunch with your child and would like to purchase lunch, please send a note with your child or call the kitchen at 952-232-2804 to order your lunch.
