School Board Election - November 3, 2026
On November 3, Lakeville Area Schools residents will elect four people to the school board. Up for election are the seats currently occupied by Vice Chair Dr. Carly Anderson, Clerk Kim Baker, Treasurer Tony Reichenberger, Director Brian Thompson. The elected candidates will take office in January 2027 and serve a four-year term.
Candidate Filing
Candidates interested in running for School Board were asked to visit the Minnesota Office of the Secretary of State's website. There are many resources available regarding the candidate process. In addition, please review the School Board Director Handbook.
Affidavits of candidacy will be accepted beginning July 14 through July 28, 2026. An Affidavit of Candidacy must be filed in the office of the School District Clerk and the $2 filing fee paid prior to 5:00 o’clock p.m. on July 28, 2026
