Member Selection Criteria

To ensure balanced and comprehensive representation, the selection process will focus on building a diverse council that includes:

• Stakeholder Roles: Students, staff, current families, alumni, local business partners, and community representatives.

• Grade Levels: Balanced representation across PreK/elementary, middle school, and high school levels.

• Community Diversity: Broad geographic spread and culturally diverse perspectives from across the district.

• Prior Engagement: Individuals who have participated in the listening and learning process.

The One94 Voices Advisory Council will determine the items that are the most worth investing in based on the shared value and potential of:

• Student Interests: What do students want to explore?
• Family Expectations: What do families value for students?
• Community Needs: What does the future of work and our community require?
• Educator Knowledge: What do our experts know about learning and development?
