You will receive an email indicating whether your application has been approved or moved to the next window. Approvals are based on space availability at the grade level and capacity at the requested school.

Approved Students: After you've received approval for Intra-District Transfer, our enrollment team will let you know the next steps.

No, transportation is not provided for students who intra-district transfer to a school outside their assigned attendance area. Families will need to provide their own transportation.

No, families with students already approved/enrolled in a school through intra-district transfer do not need to reapply for their approved intra-district transfer school. 

Please note though that starting with IDT applications approved for the 2026-27 school, families will need to reapply for intra-district transfer when transitioning into 6th and 9th grade. Approvals are subject to space available at building and grade levels based on priority guidelines.
