Enrollment in Lakeville Area Schools

Use our Attendance Area Search Tool to verify which enrollment process you should complete. In the map tool, select either 'elementary 2026-27', 'middle 2026-27' or 'high schools' and enter your address in the search bar to find your school(s).

• If your address was found within Lakeville Area Schools boundaries:
  Continue to Step 2.

• Intra-District Transfer: If your address was found within Lakeville Area Schools boundaries, but you would like to apply for your student(s) to attend a school other than your attendance area boundary school, please visit our Intra-District Transfer webpage to learn more about the application process, school/grade capacity, and priority guidelines. 

• Address not found?: If your address was not found within Lakeville Area Schools boundaries contact the Student Enrollment Center for assistance at enroll@isd194.org or 952-232-2048. 

Before completing step 3, the enrollment application, gather the following documents:

• Proof of address (e.g., home purchase agreement, lease, current utility bill, driver’s license)
• Proof of student(s) age and legal full name (e.g., birth certificate or passport - Do not upload social security cards)
• Immunization records (available from your student's medical provider)
• Transcript records from previous school
• Parent/Legal Guardian Relationship Verification 
  Only legal parents should enroll a student. If you are not the legal parent of this student, one of the following documents will be required:
  • Legal Guardian - Legal court documentation
  • Foster - Legal court documentation or foster placement letter from the county social worker
  • Court Orders - Documents related to guardianship or custody limitations, if applicable

Estimated Time to Complete the Online Enrollment Application: Approximately 30 minutes (plus an additional 10 minutes per student).

Note: Only one application needs to be submitted per family - please include all new students.

2026-2027 School Year Enrollment

Who needs to complete this enrollment application? 

• New students starting Fall 2026
• Open to all grades K–12 students
• Open to Early Childhood programs: Early Childhood Screening, Early Childhood Family Education, Small Wonders Preschool, and Early Childhood Special Education

The online enrollment application is available in English and Spanish.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email from messenger@isd194mn.mg.infinitecampus.org with the subject line “Online Enrollment Application is Submitted” including an application number. This confirms your application was received at the Student Enrollment Center for review and process.

What to Expect: Student Enrollment Center Staff will review your application.

• You will receive an email from messenger@isd194mn.mg.infinitecampus.org with the confirmation of your application approval and school designation.
• You may be contacted by the Student Enrollment Center Staff for any questions or missing information in your online enrollment application.
• Please note: Applications for 2026-2027 may take a few weeks to process.
