Annual Household Check In

Each year, Lakeville Area Schools families are required to review, confirm and update their household and student information for back-to-school. Families will be asked to verify contact information and student health information.
You will not be able to review your student's teacher or class schedule until the check-in is completed.
*Reminder: this is only for K-12 families. If your student is enrolled at Crystal Lake Education Center, they do not need to complete this.

How to do the Check-In
Step 1: Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account

If you need help logging into the parent portal or need your password reset, please contact Student Information Services by submitting a ticket or 952-232-2092.
Step 2: Select 'More' from the menu along the left side of the screen
Step 3: Select 'Enrollment and Check In'
Step 4: Select 'Start' next to 'Kindergarten-12th Grade Enrollment for 2025-2026 School Year' - Annual Household Check In
Step 5: Select 'Begin Registration'
Important information to know before you get started:
- The Annual Household Check-In link can only be completed by the Primary Household.
- The Primary Household is the one assigned to the address and the school the student attends. For example: If you have two households and your student attends Cherry View Elementary, the Primary Household is the one with the address in the Cherry View attendance boundary.
- If your students live in more than one household, the link will be active for the parent/guardian that lives in the household that is currently indicated as the child's primary household only
