Annual Household Check-In - Now Open for the 2026-27 School Year
Each year, Lakeville Area Schools families are required to review, confirm and update their household and student information for back-to-school. Families will be asked to verify contact information and student health information.
You will not be able to review your student's teacher or class schedule until the check-in is completed.
*Reminder: This is only for K-12 families. If your student is enrolled at Crystal Lake Education Center, you do not need to complete this.
