Use the Interactive Attendance Area Map Tool to verify which enrollment process you should complete.

• If your address was found within Lakeville Area Schools boundaries:
  Continue to Step 2.
• If your address was not found: Contact the Student Enrollment Center (enroll@isd194.org or 952-232-2048) for assistance. You might not live within the district boundaries, but you may apply to attend Lakeville Area Schools by completing the Open Enrollment process. 

Before Starting the Enrollment Process gather the following documents:

• Proof of address (e.g., home purchase agreement, lease, current utility bill, driver’s license)
• Proof of child(ren)’s age and legal full name (e.g., birth certificate or passport - Do not upload social security cards)
• Immunization records (available from your child’s medical provider)
• Transcript records from previous school
• Parent/Legal Guardian Relationship Verification 
  Only legal parents should enroll a student. If you are not the legal parent of this student, one of the following documents will be required:
  • Legal Guardian - Legal court documentation
  • Foster - Legal court documentation or foster placement letter from the county social worker
  • Court Orders - Documents related to guardianship or custody limitations, if applicable

Estimated Time to Complete the Enrollment Application: Approximately 30 minutes (plus an additional 10 minutes per child).

2026-2027 School Year

• For new students starting Fall 2026.

• Open to all grades K–12th, including Early Childhood Programs: EC Screening, EC Family Education, Small Wonders, and EC Special Education.

• Note: One application per family. Please include all new students.

2025-2026 Current School Year (Kindergarten-12th)

• For new enrollments during the current school year.

• Open to grades Kindergarten–12th ONLY.

• Note: One application per family. Separate application needed for Early Childhood.

2025-2026 Early Childhood Programs

• For new enrollments during the current school year.

• Open for EC Screening, EC Family Education, Small Wonders, and EC Special Education ONLY.

• Note: One application per family, Separate application needed for K-12 students.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email from messenger@isd194mn.mg.infinitecampus.org with the subject line “Online Enrollment Application is Submitted” including an application number. This confirms your application was received at the Student Enrollment Center for review and process.

Families who would like to request to attend a school building other than the one assigned to their address will also need to complete the Intra-District Transfer process. 

What to Expect: Student Enrollment Center Staff will review your application.

• You will receive an email from messenger@isd194mn.mg.infinitecampus.org with the confirmation of your application approval and school designation.
• You may be contacted by the Student Enrollment Center Staff for any questions or missing information in your online enrollment application.
• Please note: Applications for 2026-2027 may take a few weeks to process.
