The District's fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Lakeville Area Schools is audited annually by an independent audit firm following the close of each fiscal year. Audit results are presented to the School Board each fall.
Pay26 Levy
The Pay26 Levy includes various types of funds: operating, restricted, assigned, community education and debt service. The capital projects levy, which is on the ballot for renewal this fall, is included within the assigned portion of the Preliminary Pay26 Levy. The district’s levy is increasing 0.42% for the Fiscal Year 2026.
