Ready, Set, Achieve!

Lakeville Area Schools is committed to helping every child start the school year prepared and confident.

Each year, students from all grade levels and school buildings participate in Ready, Set, Achieve! — our district’s annual school readiness event.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, students receive new school supplies and essential resources to support a strong start to the year.

Here's How You Can Help

1. Make a Donation

Donations are tax deductible and will be used to buy school supplies for Lakeville Area students.

Of donations, approximately $35.00 provides one student with the needed school supplies and another $35.00 provides a student with a backpack.

2. Donate New School Supplies

We encourage you to get together with your friends, neighborhood group, book club, or community group to collect supplies and pack bags together using this:

To ensure every student receives what they need, supplies must be new, gender neutral, with no specialized designs. Pack all the supplies in a paper grocery bag and staple the list to the bag. You can donate individual items or assemble complete bags for elementary or secondary students. Kindly refrain from packing supplies in backpacks and adhere to the details on the supply list.

If donating a complete supply bag, we encourage including a handwritten note to the student who will receive the bag wishing them a great school year.

Supplies can be dropped off at the Lakeville North High School main entrance between August 13-20, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thank you.
