COVID-19 Facility Use Updates

    Effective August 31, 2021, Lakeville Area Schools is in the SUBSTANTIAL PHASE.

    Face coverings are required for age 2-8th grade, regardless of vaccination status, indoors in all ISD #194 schools and buildings. Additionally, face coverings are required for persons age 2 and up, regardless of vaccination status when in a LAS early childhood, elementary, and middle school buildings 

    Face coverings are strongly recommended for all students, staff and essential visitors in 9-12 schools by the CDC, MDH, MDE, and Lakeville Area Schools. 

    Face coverings should cover the nose and mouth completely, should not be overly tight or restrictive, and should feel comfortable to wear.

    Onsite Walk-Through

    An onsite walk-through will be scheduled to go over the arrivals and in person planning for your group, members of District staff will also be available to hear plan and offer support and or any supplies and access accommodation and planning needed.

    Program Oversight

    The participants of your program are each user group’s responsibility. This is part of the District guidelines and facility use rules. Before, during and after while they are on District property. Please ensure that there is a person from your group monitoring both arrival and departure.
