ECFE Registration

Registration for classes is first come, first serve.
There are two parts to signing your child up for ECFE:
- Registration via Eleyo - includes choosing your classes and submitting your payment method
- Enrollment in Lakeville Area Schools - completing an online form with important information for the district
You must have a family account in Eleyo in order to complete the instructions below.

How to create a family account in Eleyo
PLEASE NOTE: Even though you are registering your child for a class you must first create an account for yourself, and then add profiles for your child and/or spouse.
If you already have an account profile do not create a new one. Go directly to Part 1 - Register in Eleyo.
STEP 1: Create your Account Profile
- Go to: isd194.ce.eleyo.com
- Select Sign In (top right). If your email address is recognized as a previously registered Eleyo user, please use the Forgot Password link to receive an emailed link to create a password.
- If you do not have an account, click Create One Now (bottom right).
- Complete the Register a New Account form (required information is marked with a yellow star). Where it asks for “Your Information” and “Contact Information” put in your information. You will have a chance to put in information for another parent/guardian later.
- When you are done, click Create Account. The information provided here should be for the Account Manager (not student information).
- Verify your email address. An email will be sent from Eleyo with a link to verify your account. Use the Verify Your Email button on that email to verify your account.
STEP 2: Add Family Members to your Account Profile
If you are not already on the website:
- Go to: isd194.ce.eleyo.com and login with your email address and password by selecting the Sign In button (top right).
- Select your name in the top, right corner of the screen and select Your Account/Relationships.
- Click the green button: +Add Family Member/Relationship to add family members. Fill in the required fields, and complete by clicking Create Person.
- Note: If you are creating a profile for your child you do not need to include contact information. If you are creating a profile for your child’s other parent/guardian, please include their contact information.
- Repeat for all additional family members.
STEP 3: Add Emergency Contacts to your Account Profile
- Click the green button: +Add Family Member/Relationship and select Emergency Contact from the How is this person related to you? drop down menu. Fill in the required fields, and complete by clicking Create Person.
- Repeat for all additional Emergency Contacts.
Once you have set up your family profile you will be able to register for classes. Once you have created your account, Eleyo will send you an email requesting you verify your email address.

Registration and Enrollment Instructions

Part 1 - Register in Eleyo
(select your classes and submit your payment information)Please allow for approximately 10 minutes to complete the registration.
- Go to the Eleyo Home Page: isd194.ce.eleyo.com and login with your email address and password by selecting the Sign In button (top right).
- Open the Explore All Programs drop down menu, and select the class you want from the Enroll In box on the right side.
- On the left in the Attending Child box choose the child who you want to register.
- If the child you want to register does not appear, click + Add New Child and fill out their information. When you have completed the information, click Save Child Info. Review the information, and then click → Looks Good, Start Registering.
- Bank or credit card information is required to complete your registration. The registration fee will be charged at the time the registration form is submitted.
- Confirmation of Registration
- You will receive an email from Eleyo confirming your registration.
Part 2 - Complete the Lakeville Area Schools enrollment application
(provide additional required information for the school district)- Go to https://sis.isd194.org/campus/OLRLogin/lakeville
- When it asks you what you are registering for, choose Crystal Lake Early Education Programs
- Submit your contact information in order to receive an email with a unique link to your enrollment application.
- After you have submitted your information, you will receive an email from messenger@isd194.org with the subject line “Online Enrollment Application for Crystal Lake Education Center.”
- Please allow for approximately 30 minutes to complete the application.
- Gather the following documents and information before you start the enrollment process.
- Proof of your child(ren)’s age (ex: birth certificate, passport)
- Immunization records (you can request this from your child’s medical provider)
- When you are ready, click the unique link provided in the email to begin the enrollment process
- You will be able to choose to complete information for just Early Childhood Family Education or to include preschool screening
- When you are ready, click the unique link provided in your “Online Enrollment Forms for Crystal Lake Education Center” email Don’t forget to click submit when you are done with your forms.
- When you have submitted your online enrollment forms, you will receive an email from messenger@isd194.org confirming your forms have been submitted. Once your forms have been processed, you will receive a second email confirming your enrollment.
- If you also selected early childhood screening your email will provide next steps for scheduling your screening.

Every Family Counts

Are you on the school census? Being on the census ensures you will receive information about Early Childhood Screening and kindergarten. Please take a few moments to complete the census form on the link below and return to: Crystal Lake Education Center, 16250 Ipava Ave., Lakeville, MN 55044.

Worry Free ECFE
If you find the class is not the right fit for you or your child, simply contact us before the second week of class and you can transfer to another available class or receive a full refund.

Additional Information
- Unless noted, classes have parent-child separation time. Parenting times are noted in class descriptions.
- Fall/Winter semester: September 12, 2022 – January 26, 2023
- Winter/Spring semester: January 31 – May 25, 2023
- Summer semester begins June 20, 2023
- 5 year old children not attending Kindergarten are welcome to attend our classes.
- Once in Kindergarten, students are welcome to be included in sibling care or join our ECFE+ options.
- Sibling Care is offered for children 6 weeks to 5 years. Infants (0–6 months) may be registered for sibling care or stay with their parents in class.

ECFE Sliding Fee Scale
- ECFE uses a sliding-fee scale based upon your family’s annual gross income.
- No family is denied the opportunity to participate due to inability to pay.
- Grants are available for Lakeville Area Schools families.
- Only 1 grant per family/per semester and cannot be used for sibling care.
