Lakeville Area Schools offers an optional protection plan for district-issued iPads as part of our 1:1 student learning initiative.
Device Protection Plan Information
Annual Cost: $25 per student
Reduced price options are available based on Educational Benefit Status.
Coverage begins upon receipt of the payment. Payment must be submitted by Friday, October 17, to have coverage for the school year. New families joining the district will have 2 weeks from enrollment to add coverage.
The protection plan does not cover lost devices and lost/stolen/damaged/inoperable charging cords.
Any damage or technical issues must be reported through our Incident IQ ticketing system. In cases of theft or other criminal acts, a police report, or fire report in the case of fire, MUST be filed by the student or guardian for this protection coverage to be utilized. A copy of the police/fire report must be provided to the Principal’s Office. If your device has a case, removing it will void this plan.
