Introduction

A transcript is a document that summarizes your academic record, including courses taken, grades earned, and other information. Transcript requests can be made by creating a Parchment account. You may need to access your transcripts after you graduate, therefore it is suggested you use an email address that is not your school email (school emails closes the July after your senior year). Please find your school below to see the process of ordering transcripts from your high school.

LNHS Parchment request

Account Set-Up:

Set up a New Learner Account (no registration codes issued)
Enter student name EXACTLY as it appears on your student Infinite Campus account
Complete all registration information (recommended: waive rights to access)
Select destination college
Provide credit or debit card for the transcript processing fee

Parchment Confirmations:

Confirmation of the request
Transcript has been sent
Receipt of the transcript by the institution.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are only required at the end of the school year to prove the student graduated high school and to check senior grades. Any transcripts requested before this time are unofficial transcripts. ALL official transcript requests occur through Parchment.

Unofficial Transcripts

You can access you unofficial transcripts on your Infinite Campus account. Information like exact, weighted class rank and grade from all completed courses can be accessed here. However, almost all submissions of your unofficial transcript will occur through Parchment (please see more details below).

Common App Transcript Requests

If students are applying through the Common App, their unofficial transcript will be sent by the main office through once a student has completed the "Invite Counselor" section (no Parchment request needed).

The ONLY time you will submit an unofficial transcript that you downloaded from Infinite Campus, is if a college is requesting an unofficial transcript upload in the "Questions" section of the Common App (ex. Augsburg 25-26 Application).

Scholarships

Scholarship Transcript Requests

Some scholarship organizations use Parchment for sending transcripts. However, most organizations prefer a printed version. When a printed/official version is needed for scholarship applications, please follow the instructions below:

Bring in an envelope addressed to the scholarship organization with proper postage (do not put a return address on the envelope).
Leave the transcript information on the scholarship application blank. Student Services is required to fill out class ranks, cumulative grade point average & ACT scores.

There is no cost to process the official scholarship transcript.
