• 2021 Graduating Seniors Lunch Accounts


    Our staff in Student Nutiriton has served your child meals since they were in kindergarten and have gotten to know them along the way.  We wish them the very best of success in their future!

    To check the balance of your senior's account, go to Titan Family Platform.  If you do not have a Titan account set up to see balances, follow the instructions here to set up an account Titan Lunch Account Instructions for Graduating Senior Parents


    There are four options that you may choose to direct the distribution of your senior's remaining balance:

    1. Receive a refund
    2. Transfer part or all of the balance to a sibling.
    3. Donate part or all of the balance to our Feeding it Forward Fund.  This is an account that helps students on a temporary basis with lunches when they are struggling to pay for lunches.

    Refunds and transfers will be processed in June after school has ended.

    To close out the year, we ask that you bring their balance back up to zero.

    There are two options:

    1. Send in a payment to:  ISD 194, District Office, Attn:  Student Nutrition, 17630 Juniper Path, Suite A, Lakeville, MN  55044
    2. If your child has a sibling in the school district, fill out this form to transfer the negative balance to the sibling:   2021 Graduating Student with a Negative Nutrition Balance - Transfer to a Sibling
