Aquatics and Safety
Our program offers year round instruction to give you or your child a great experience in the water. Our American Red Cross (ARC) trained instructors typically teach throughout the year, so you can count on seeing the same high quality instructor at each lesson and session. Pre-requisite for each level is the mastery of skills from the preceding level. Each child is provided with a skill assessment within the first two classes to determine appropriate level placement. It is common for a child to repeat a level before mastering all skills.
Adult, Adapted, Private, and Semi-Private lessons are available. Semi-Private lessons must register 2 swimmers of a similar skill level. Lessons may be combined or cancelled in the case of low enrollment.
Lessons take place at McGuire Middle School Pool located at 21220 Holyoke Avenue West.
